Scorpio Rising is the third studio album by British electronic duo Death in Vegas, released on August 26th, 2002 (UK). Named after the 1963 avant-garde film by Kenneth Anger, the album is celebrated for its blend of electronic, neo-psychedelia, and alternative rock.

It heavily borrows the guitar riff from Status Quo’s "Pictures of Matchstick Men," leading to a writing credit for Francis Rossi. Gallagher's performance on this track is often cited as one of his best vocal efforts outside of Oasis.
