The Vaughan Brothers
Family Style
Family Style is the only studio album by the Vaughan Brothers, released on September 25, 1990. The album features Jimmie and Stevie Ray Vaughan on guitar and vocals and was a critical and commercial success, winning a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Blues Album in 1991.
Family Style is a blues rock album with elements of R&B, pop, and soul, produced by Nile Rodgers. Stevie Ray Vaughan died in a helicopter crash in August 1990, less than a month before the album's release, making it his final studio performance.
