The Truth About Love is the sixth studio album by American singer-songwriter P!nk, released on September 14, 2012, through RCA Records. The album is primarily a pop and pop-rock record that explores the multifaceted nature of love—from its dark and painful aspects to its lighter, joyful moments.
The album produced several massive hits, including:
"Just Give Me a Reason" (ft. Nate Ruess): A global number-one hit with over 1.8 billion streams on Spotify.
"Try": An anthemic power ballad with over 1 billion streams.
"Blow Me (One Last Kiss)": The lead upbeat electropop single.
In addition to Nate Ruess, the album features guest appearances by Eminem on "Here Comes the Weekend" and Lily Allen on "True Love".
It was P!nk's first album to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 in the United States. It has sold over 7 million copies globally as of 2016.
