The Black Keys

Let's Rock is the ninth studio album by the American rock duo The Black Keys, released on June 28, 2019. After a five-year hiatus, the album marked a return to the band's earlier, simpler garage and blues rock sound, eschewing the keyboards and polished production of their previous few records.

The album was self-produced by band members Dan Auerbach (vocals, guitar) and Patrick Carney (drums) at Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville, Tennessee.

The duo returned to a straightforward, electric guitar-driven approach. Carney described the album as an "homage to electric guitar," focusing on a "simple approach" with a "trimmed all the fat" feel.
