The Great Peer Gynt And Other Famous Suites
The Peer Gynt suites by Edvard Grieg remain among the most iconic works in the classical repertoire. Originally composed as incidental music for Henrik Ibsen's 1876 play, Grieg later extracted eight movements to form two orchestral suites (Op. 46 and Op. 55).
