In Time: The Best of R.E.M. 1988–2003 is the second greatest hits compilation album by the American rock band R.E.M., released in 2003. The album collects singles from the band's Warner Bros. Records era, which began with their 1988 album Green.
The single-disc version of In Time contains 18 tracks spanning from Green (1988) through Reveal (2001), plus two new songs recorded for the compilation: "Bad Day" and "Animal". Notable hits featured on the album include:
