Hammer On A Drum
Hammer on a Drum is the third album by the Canadian new wave band Payolas, released in 1983. While there is no song on the album titled "Hammer on a Drum," the phrase is a lyric in the track "Where Is This Love".
The album features the popular Canadian singles "Where Is This Love" and "I'll Find Another (Who Can Do It Right)". It also contains the track "Never Said I Loved You," a top-10 single featuring Rough Trade's Carol Pope.
The album reached #26 on the Canadian charts and achieved platinum status in Canada.
