J.J. Velker (a.k.a. Jumpin' Jack Velker) was a keyboardist, organist, and accordionist who was active in various Canadian music scenes from the late 1960s until his death in 2009. He was a member of bands such as the 49th Parallel and collaborated with Neil Merryweather.
