Kane Brown
The High Road
The High Road is the fourth studio album by country singer Kane Brown, released on January 24, 2025. Brown has said the 18-track project is his favorite album he has made, exploring different sides of his artistry and featuring a number of collaborations.
Brown teamed up with a range of artists for the project, including Khalid, Marshmello, Jelly Roll, Brad Paisley, and his wife, Katelyn Brown.
"Haunted," a duet with Jelly Roll, is a vulnerable song about mental health, inspired by a stay at a "haunted" hotel. Brown also explores other personal topics, such as being a father on "Backseat Driver".
The album showcases Brown's genre-blending style, including the bluegrass-influenced "Fiddle in the Band" and pop-rock elements in "I Am". "I Can Feel It" notably interpolates Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight".
