The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Axis: Bold As Love UHQR (Ultra High Quality Record) is a definitive audiophile reissue from Analogue Productions, available in both 45 RPM and 33 1/3 RPM editions. Mastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analog master tapes, it is pressed on 200-gram Clarity Vinyl to eliminate surface noise caused by traditional carbon black pigments.
Cut to lacquer by Bernie Grundman directly from the original analog master tapes.
Vinyl Type: 200-gram Clarity Vinyl, which uses an un-tinted compound to allow the stylus to glide more smoothly through the grooves.
Manufactured at Quality Record Pressings (QRP) on a manual Finebilt press, featuring a flat profile for perfectly perpendicular stylus tracking.
