The Black Keys
El Camino
El Camino is the seventh studio album by American rock duo The Black Keys, released on December 6, 2011. It was a major critical and commercial success, known for its uptempo garage rock sound and hit singles like "Lonely Boy" and "Gold on the Ceiling".
The album features a garage rock/blues rock sound, building on the duo's previous work but with more uptempo, hook-filled tracks, co-written and produced by Brian Burton (a.k.a. Danger Mouse).
El Camino won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. The lead single, "Lonely Boy", also won Grammys for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song.
