Remy Shand

The Way I Feel is the debut and sole album by Canadian R&B musician Remy Shand, released in 2002. The critically acclaimed record became a neo-soul classic, earning Shand a Juno Award and four Grammy nominations.

The album features the singles "Take a Message," "Rocksteady," and the title track, "The Way I Feel". "Take a Message" was the only song to enter the Billboard Hot 100.
