Heaven or Las Vegas is the sixth studio album by Scottish dream pop band Cocteau Twins, released on September 17, 1990, via 4AD. Widely regarded as their masterpiece, it marked a shift toward more accessible, pop-oriented structures while retaining the band's signature ethereal atmosphere.

It is the band's most commercially successful release, reaching No. 7 on the UK Albums Chart and becoming a landmark in the dream pop genre.

Elizabeth Fraser’s vocals are noticeably clearer than on previous records. While still utilizing her famous "glossolalia" (abstract, non-linear phrasing), many listeners found her emotional delivery more direct.
