Released on July 2, 1982, Mirage is the thirteenth studio album by Fleetwood Mac. It marked a return to the band's signature soft rock and pop-focused sound following the more experimental 1979 double album, Tusk.
Recorded primarily at Château d'Hérouville in France, the album was a major commercial success despite internal band tensions.
The album spent five weeks at number one on the US Billboard 200 and was certified double platinum.
