Arena is a live album by the English pop rock band Duran Duran, released in 1984, which featured one new studio track, "The Wild Boys". The album release was accompanied by a conceptual concert film of the same name.
Released at the height of their popularity on November 12, 1984, Arena was Duran Duran's first live album and the last to feature the original five-member lineup until 2004's Astronaut. The album features a new wave/pop rock sound and was produced by Duran Duran and Nile Rodgers (for "The Wild Boys"). It achieved significant commercial success, reaching number 4 on the Billboard charts and selling over 3 million copies globally. The single "The Wild Boys" was a major hit, peaking at number 2 in both the UK and US.
