"The Spaghetti Incident?" is the fifth studio album by American hard rock band Guns N' Roses, released on November 23, 1993. Unlike their previous releases, it is a covers album primarily featuring punk rock and glam rock songs from the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The album was intended to showcase the band's roots, covering artists such as The Misfits, The Stooges, New York Dolls, Nazareth, and The Damned.
It was the final studio album to feature the "classic" era lineup of Slash, Duff McKagan, and Matt Sorum before their departures in the mid-90s. It is also the only studio album featuring rhythm guitarist Gilby Clarke.
The name refers to an internal joke regarding a 1989 incident where former drummer Steven Adler stored drugs in a refrigerator next to the band's takeout containers. During Adler's later lawsuit against the band, his lawyer famously asked them to "tell us about the spaghetti incident"
